Receiving Mail

On-Campus Students

  • Students living in the Hales or TVA are eligible for a mailing address from the Mail Center at no charge.
  • Letters: Email notifications will be sent for each piece. Letters need to be picked up at the customer pick up window during operational hours. A picture ID is required.

  • Packages: Email notifications can be sent two different ways:

    • byuhlockers@byuh.edu: This email is from the Lockers so a pin is required to enter at kiosk
    • mailcenter@byuh.edu: This email will provide a description of the item scanned. Item must be picked up at the lobby service counter during operational hours. A picture ID is required.

Off-Campus Students (Rental Addresses)

  • Rental addresses are available for anyone affiliated with the university for a fee (faculty, staff, and students).
  • Rental fee duration is by the semester or year.
  • Letters: Email notifications will be sent for each piece of mail. Letters need to be picked up at the customer pick up window during operational hours. A picture ID is required.

  • Packages: Email notifications could be sent two different ways:
