Mail Center App

Download our official Mail Center app to receive notifications on when your packages have been dropped off inside our locker system. By turning on the Bluetooth feature you will even be able to open your locker from your phone.

Before Signing Up

The Mail Center App will require you to use the email that you receive notifications on for packages that are put into our locker banks. If you are unsure which email that is for you please come to the retail counter and ask us.

Using The App

Once your package has been put into the locker, the app will send you a notification on your phone. Simply open the app and find the package on the list titled "My Packages" and select it. You will be brought to a screen with information about which locker your package is located, its status, PIN, when it was delivered, when it will expire, and a QR code. You will then have the ability to either scan the QR code, enter the pin into the locker console, or open the locker if your Bluetooth is enabled.

*Packages will only be kept in the locker for 24 hours, afterwards you will have to come to the pick-up window to receive it.
