Private Couriers

The Mail Center handles both outgoing and incoming mail and packages sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) only. For all other outside courier services such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL, please go to the Campus Receiving & Distribution (CRD), located within the Facilities Management Shop Building 1 (See CRD location on online map). CRD student workers distribute packages campus-wide and begin their routes at 2 pm.

The Mail Center will not receive packages delivered by private couriers, only from USPS trucks.

Return Labels

University patrons can drop off prepaid return packages with UPS, FedEx, or DHL labels at the Campus Receiving & Distribution (CRD). Before dropping off your packages, please bring your BYUH ID and ensure that your labels, which include the tracking numbers, are securely attached to your packages.

Drop off deadlines are before 12 pm (noon) for UPS and FedEx, and before 4 pm for DHL.
