Packages Stored in the Same Locker
Once the Mail Center staff routes your items, you will receive an email and an app notification stating that your packages are ready for pickup. If multiple packages are assigned to the same locker, you can use a single access code to retrieve all of them at once.
Follow these steps to complete your multi-package pickup:
Open the MMS app and log in to view your pending items.
Select your assigned locker item from the home screen to view its details.
Select the "Open Locker" button to open the locker compartment door.
Retrieve all packages stored inside that specific locker.
Refresh the app screen to verify that the completed pickup items have been cleared from your active list.
If you have packages at different locker numbers or banks, you will have to select those packages and open them individually via the app or using the code at the kiosk.
Once a package is routed to you by the Mail Center staff, you will receive an email and app notification stating that your package is ready for pickup. You will then be able to see the package within your MMS app. (Note: The notification will display “Routed,” not “Stored.”)
The notification will direct you to your mailroom, either on campus or in a designated area within the building. a. Depending on the size of the package, the Mail Center staff may leave a note stating, “Pick up behind the mailroom counter” (e.g., for packages too large for a locker) b. If your package is left in a designated pickup area, you can use the MMS app to confirm that you have retrieved it.
When picking up the package from the location, follow these steps to log your package pickup in the app: a. Sign in to the MMS App b. Select the specific package you are retrieving from your pending items list. c. Navigate to the bottom of the package details screen and select the “I’ve Picked Up this Item” button. Reminder: While Mail Center staff typically scan the item before handing over the package to complete the delivery, some items are left directly in a designated pickup area. Selecting “I’ve Picked Up this Item” ensures that both parties are notified and that the transaction is completed in the system.
Once you press “I’ve Picked Up this Item”, you will get an email and/or text message confirmation, and the item will be taken out of your available packages in the MMS application.

Go to the "Pick Up" window to retrieve letter/s.
Give the staff your folder number and present your university ID so they can grab your mail.
Once you have your mail, simply delete or clear the alert inside your MMS app.
